The past few weeks have been very turbulent for me. Iíve played very little poker and have spent my time relaxing, traveling and just having fun! I traveled to the beautiful island of Kauai, Hawaii, chilled out in Orange County and rocked out at the Coachella music festival in Indio, California. I definitely had a lot of fun, and got to spend a lot of time with my close friends, but unfortunately and through no oneís fault of my own got caught up in some drama (which I donít want to go into here).

Coachella was a great experience. I got an opportunity to catch up with old friends, and was reminded of how blessed I am to have great people in my life. Among my group of†friends†were poker player friends Tom Dwan and Peter Jetten. Peter and I haven’t seen†as much of each other since†I moved to vegas a†year and a half ago, but he was the first†friend I made through poker and partying with him the past weekend brought back†great memories of all the times weíve spent together. Also, in the midst of†some†drama he was a great and loyal friend to me.

In the midst of A list rock and movie stars that were seen all over Coachella Tom was recognized and approached about every 30 minutes by poker fans. He really is big time!

The music was awesome too! My favorite show had to be the Killers who definitely rocked the house and you could tell that they really poured their hearts into their performance. I once saw an interview with the lead singer who said he believes God put on this earth to entertain people, and he sure performs like he believes it. Paul McCartney headlined and I was very happy to get a chance to see a Beatle perform during my lifetime.

The crowd was asleep during his solo music but when a Beatleís hit came on the the whole crowd came truly alive. Overall I would say it was an unforgettable experience that I look forward to attending next year!

Now that Iím back home for good Iím buckling down and going to work. As I mentioned before I recently got involved with a company called playergps.com. Iíve been using them to sends texts to my cell phone when my favorite poker players log-in online. Whenever I get these texts I rush to my computer. They have helped me to greatly increase my earn, even though obviously I haven’t played much lately.

Also, I am currently thinking of accepting offers from numerous poker training sites. At first I was wary about them in fear of giving too much away, but now that so many well-known pros are making training videos I don’t feel like I have as much to lose. So I intend to create the most informative and advanced training videos on the market. Iíll let you guys know what site I decide to sign with and will put them out of the next few weeks.

Looking ahead over the next few weeks I plan on buckling down not only in work but in my personal life as well, spending my time wisely and in ways that will benefit me in the future such as playing poker, working out reading and working on general self-improvement.
